Last month I ran a post saying that The Hunger Games director Gary Ross was instead of doing the sequel The Hunger Games: Catching Fire he will instead tackle the Peter Pan prequel Peter and the Starcatchers.
The film will be based on the Peter Pan prequel series of books from Dave Barry and Ridley Pearson. Deadline are now reporting that Disney will hope to have Gary Ross filming Peter and the Starcatchers in 2013.The script from writer Jesse Wigutow is due in October, we should hopefully have some more details next month with a rough idea on when the film will be due.
